Terms of use

Effective October 2026.

Use of content

Content on GDPIndex is published for general reference and is not financial, investment, or policy advice. Readers should consult primary sources before making decisions of consequence.

Data attribution

Numeric data carries the licence of its original publisher — chiefly the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, FRED, the BIS, and the ECB. We restate and reformat that data for readability; we do not modify the underlying values. Anyone redistributing the data should cite the original source.

Editorial content

Editorial narrative on country and ranking pages is the work of GDPIndex. Short quotations with attribution are welcome; wholesale reproduction without permission is not.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We make a good-faith effort to keep the data current and the analysis accurate, but we make no warranty as to fitness for any particular purpose.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
